Welcome to SAIR 2014 Resort Shuttle Map Ground Transportation (from Gulf Coast airports to Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort and Spa) For conference attendees flying into the Florida Gulf Coast, we have been fortunate to have very reasonable rates for ground transportation from the variety of airports to the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa. A local transportation company, C2 Airport Shuttle And Car Service, has provided the following rates for our conference travel needs: 1. From Northwest Florida Regional Airport (VPS), the price will $ 15.00 per person (each way) with no minimum. (Closest Airport 35 minutes) 2. From Northwest Florida Beaches International Airport (ECP,) the price is $ 35.00 per person (each way) with a minimum of $ 60.00 per transfer. (1 hour transfer each way) 3. From Pensacola Airport (PNS), the flat rate will be $ 110.00 per transfer (each way) for up to 4 people. (This airport can take up to 2 hours per transfer) Once air travel plans are confirmed, please contact C2 Airport Shuttle and Car Service, http://www.c2shuttleandtaxi.com/ or call 850-225-3909 to make a reservation for pick up. Reservations can also be made by contacting Chris Cook. Each of you will be greeted with signage and provided a confirmation number as well as instructions on where to meet when you arrive. |
